You will oversee and operate our organization’s SAP systems as an administration professional. You must be adept at installing, patching, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining the company’s investments in trademarked SAP technologies. The administrator’s job also includes planning and managing the change management of processes necessary to better support the SAP systems. A strong command over communication and problem-solving skills will benefit you in handling SAP software-related issues.
Job Task & Responsibility
The SAP administrator assumes the primary developer’s responsibility for end users. You will deliver training and operational support, manage and test process enhancements and rollouts, and direct business requirements between our foreign ERP teams and the central business customer base.
Your tasks will also include creating, allocating, and handling SAP user profiles. You will use these roles and profiles to allocate authorization and access to end users. You will be called upon to deliver prompt and effective technical support to our clientele, investigate their queries, and solve issues competently.
This role demands a SAP professional with comprehensive problem-solving skills and a penchant for focusing on the details. You will often be self-reliant to be successful within our organization.
Skills & Expertise
- To be adept at software troubleshooting practices.
- To be competent at executing SAP installations, upgrades, and maintenance-related tasks.
- To maintain an end-user-centric approach when implementing various process upgrades.
- To be proficient with SAP tools like SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or above, SAP NetWeaver, JAVA system administration, and ABAP programming.
- To implement technical changes into the existing setup using a structured approach.
- To form and execute optimal SAP configuration to enhance system performance.

Job Eligibility and Requirement
- Hold an undergrad degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of IT support concepts and extensive software experience.
- Have technical certifications in SAP administration.

- Robust experience in designing, building, and configuring SAP applications.
